Production water treatment systems

Product application: the produced water must be effectively treated to meet the environmental requirements during oil production. If water still contains some solid, oil and dissolved alkali after separation of water, oil and gas, it must be properly treated for safe discharge or reuse. Methods for removing suspended solids and oils from water include gravity separation, hydrocyclone, floatation and filtration.
Sand removal swirler are used to remove the solids in production water or condensate gas flow.In crude oil or condensate gas applications, the swirler are used to remove sand from separators and pipelines to protect sensitive components such as outlet pumps and heat exchangers. Compared with water and oil separation, it is relatively easy to separate solids from the liquid phase, the size of the swirler is flexible and adjustable, which can obtain the best solution in specific applications. The PECT-F system developed by the company has greatly improved the performance of the production water degreasing cyclone system. This technology is mainly developed for those systems that cannot meet the current legal emission requirements or expansion targets, or require excessive input of chemical agents. It is also suitable for new systems where the swirler cannot fully function due to the characteristics of difficult fluids.
Deoiling swirler represents the latest level of production water treatment technology, optimizing and balance the oil removal efficiency and productivity, ensure the separation requirements are met in the most cost-effective manner. The combination of the deoiling swirler developed by us and PECT-F has further advanced the technology in the filed of produced water treatment.
The supply is usually made of duplex stainless steel, or can be replaced with 316 stainless steel. The inner surface exposed to the high-velocity fluid in the two schemes is surface hardened to ensure the long service life of the product in the corrosion system. The design of shell or lining only uses TEO components, and the manufacturing cost and production cycle are reduced to the greatest extent. In addition, when designing the lining, the special consideration was given to enhancing the integration of the swirler and PECT-F technology. For extremely corrosive applications, the lining is made of ceramic materials, such as reaction sintered silicon carbide.
When selecting the outer size of the lining, follow the principle of minimizing the size of the swirler, so that a large number of linings can be installed in a container of a given size . This is conducive to the renovation and expansion of the system, the capacity can be increased by 30% without add a vessel.
