ROSO has set up research and development centers both in Shanghai and Chengdu, which mainly responsible for the original technologies development on oil & gas exploration and development, offshore engineering equipment, digestion of foreign technology, transformation of research achievements, training for high-end talents , construction for enterprise think tank, etc. The R & D center also plays the role of "incubator" of technology research, providing all-round technical supports for the development of various business sectors of ROSO.
